Intermountain Precision Casting has Rebranded

Intermountain Precision Casting has rebranded under the name IPC Foundry Group, Inc. 

In early 2020, Utah-based Intermountain Precision Casting underwent an ownership change from the retiring founding team to the second generation of leaders. Since that ownership change, Intermountain has been aggressive in capacity and automation growth. 

In 2022, Intermountain expanded its operations by acquiring Highland Lakes Quality Casting, a Texas-based foundry, from its retiring founder. Following the acquisition, similar to its Utah operations, Intermountain invested heavily in enhancing the Texas facility's capacity and automation.

To kick off 2024, the company has rebranded under the common name IPC Foundry Group, Inc. to eliminate confusion for those customers that dual source their castings in Utah and Texas.

Looking ahead, IPC Foundry Group remains focused on growth initiatives. The company continues to invest in capacity expansion, automation, and technology to meet the evolving needs of its customers. Additionally, IPC Foundry Group remains open to future acquisitions from retiring foundry owners.
